Objects
Here I will discuss many important objects that impacted the characters in Greek Mythology. First up is...
Aphrodite's Girdle
Aphrodite's husband Hephaestus (god of blacksmiths; basically anything to do with building stuff) fashioned her a beautiful golden girdle (a.k.a. fancy word for belt) that would make the wearer irresistably attractive, and that added on to the fact that Aphrodite is the goddess of love and beauty, made all men who saw her fall in love with her.
It was occasionally lent to other goddesses (especially Hera, who, as she was the goddess of marriage, used it mainly to reunite couples).
Wonder why Hephaestus was stupid enough to do that? I thought he wanted Aphrodite to himself, not every single other man in sight. Getting thrown off Olympus (literally) must've affected his brain.
